AECOM is seeking a Statewide Safety Service Patrol Manager for a Department of Transportation contract in Operations. The Statewide Manager will be responsible for guiding and mentoring five regional managers and interfacing with the client. The department comprises approximately 280 personnel. The Statewide Manager is expected to travel regularly within the state of Virginia. Job Summary:Develop policies and procedures that meet programmatic needs while ensuring compliance with applicable rules, laws, and mandates.Identify and propose solutions to operational capability gaps.Mentor and advise Regional Management staff on operational, administrative, and personnel matters.Supervise and mentor Statewide Program Management Office support staff.Investigate, resolve, and communicate Customer Service Center issues with the client and regional staff.
